Data Rights & Privacy Requests
How to exercise GDPR rights with DPRQ.
Last updated: 2026-09-03
1. Your rights
- Access to your personal data
- Rectification of inaccurate data
- Erasure ('right to be forgotten') where applicable
- Restriction of processing
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests
- Data portability for data you provided in structured, commonly used format where technically feasible
- Withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent
2. How to submit a request
Use the request form on this page or email us at hello@dprqtech.com with the subject line 'GDPR Data Request'.
Include your name, account email, organisation name (if applicable), and the right you wish to exercise.
We may need to verify your identity and, for organisation accounts, confirm that you are authorised to act for the organisation.
3. Response timing
We respond without undue delay and within one month of receipt where GDPR applies, subject to permitted extensions for complex requests.
4. Organisation accounts
If your organisation is the controller of product or passport data stored in DPRQ, some requests may need to be handled by your organisation as controller. We will assist as processor where applicable.
5. Automated backend execution
Fully automated in-app execution of erasure/portability across all core tables would require changes to frozen backend functionality.
Status: BLOCKED — OWNER APPROVAL REQUIRED for automated core deletion/export workflows.
Manual verified support handling remains available through the contact mechanism above.
6. Supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. In Ireland, this is the Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie).
